Sellers is absolutely one to keep an eye on. Could be the next Cam or could be the next Anthony Richardson. Curious to see how he has progressed come this fall.

sellers, allar, manning, maybe nico could make this draft really qb heavy

But yeah man I really like sellers I think his arm is probably better then cams

I think I am in love

I mean, the kid comes from a wealthy family. It's not like he needs the money. He has a ton of potential now we get to see what he can do as a starter. Everyone penciling him in as the #1 overall pick is putting the cart way before the horse. It's 5% because of his talent and what he's showing on the field and 95% because his last name is Manning.

Lol its also not like he's Peyton or Elis son, but he didnt even sign NIL deals until recently when he would be the starter. Need the money or not that is respectable.

I agree about on the field and disagree about talent, he's much much more athletic than either of his uncles.

But I'd be willing to bet a grand he will be the #1 pick when he enters the draft.

Nico is gonna have to sell the NFL on not being a complete diva. He's looking like Shedeur with actual talent so far. I mean, Caleb Williams overcame it and still went #1 so we'll see. The NFL will put up with a lot of BS if they think you have the goods. It's why I didn't understand a lot of the Shedeur draft backlash. Listen, none of that stuff would've mattered if the NFL thought he was an elite QB prospect.

There's no way the Manning family is letting Arch declare for the draft in 2026. The Manning's are smart and aren't pressed for money. They know Arch is gonna be the 1st pick whatever year he declares so I think they keep him in college till at least 2027 but I wouldn't be shocked if he stayed till 2028 to get 3 full seasons as a starter under his belt before going pro.

also its fuging wild to see how much praise Cade K is getting now all things considered.  His career was a trainwreck at the start now he is being mentioned as a heisman candidate

that would be the smart move but one wrong hit to the shoulder or knee can derail things

Why? If you're gonna go #1 why wait? Every snap in football has the real potential to be the last one you take or the one that results in an injury that leaves you a significantly diminished version of your former self. Guys like Ewers need to stay in college and collect NIL money until they run out of eligibility. High 1st rounders need to go.

Especially with his playing style. Physically and stylistically he's very similar to Drake Maye. But that style of play ups the injury risk for sure.

Hell, if anything I think the Mannings were fully willing to just keep Arch on the shelf limiting his exposure to injury risk in the college game. Just show what you can do for one year and bounce.

I think it will depend on who's picking #1

The Manning's know just how hard it is mentally to play QB in the NFL so I really doubt they would let Arch go after 1 full season as a starter in college. He's making a boat load in NIL right now, so he doesn't need to leave for money reasons. Having him stay in college so he can fully develop as a QB before he goes pro is the route they will go with. If they wanted him to go pro as soon as possible he wouldn't have stayed or even went to Texas. Steve Sarkisian sold the Manning family on being able to develop Arch as a QB and I feel like they are going to be patient.

    • I fully expect them to pick up his 5th year , and they're waiting for him to put a full excellent consistent season of QB play in year 4 or 5. If that don't happen,  they'll eventually cut ties.  Here's to hoping he just goes on a team in 2026. The worst thing he could do is continue to see-saw us to around .500 records because it might be impossible to replace him at that point unless youre willing to do the veteran qb carousel poo we did from 2019 to 2023.
    • What do you think of Bryce Youngs career thus far? Are you excited about his progress or is it not enough for you? I included a poll of ranking his performance through 3 years thus far.  I personally think he's made some decent progress. Has had some high moments (last half of 2024, Rams game, ATL game in 2025)  but in my mind, those are still outweighed by the many more lowlights thus far (ex turnovers, missed throws, poor decisions)  It's a very mixed bag for me. He's done enough to get a 5th year option but by no means should we lock him in with a 50+ mil a year multi year deal. I want to see him play consistently well for a full year before that happens (yes, I'm still saying that going into year 4. That might be telling).  Just sucks when you see CJ Stroud, Jayden Daniel's, Caleb Williams almost immediately lighting poo up with their arm talent. Maybe Bryce is just an ultra slow burn. I don't know what to think anymore. Guess we're gonna be stuck with him for a whilr unless we end up being bad enough to earn a high pick next year. I doubted it lol. Overall Stats for his career:       ● 14 W - 30L (regular season)       ● 0-1 playoffs record        ● 61.4% completion, 8291 passing yards, 49 TDs, 30 INTs  Year 1:       ● 2 wins, 14 losses      ● 60% completion rate, 2877 passing yards, 11 TD to 10 INTs, 5.5 yards per attempted pass Year 2:        ● 4 wins , 8 losses        ● 60.9% completion rate,  2403 passing yards, 15 TD, 9 INTs,  6.3 yards per attempted pass  Year 3:        ● 8 Wins, 8 Losses         ● 63.6% competition rate, 3011 passing yards, 23 TDs to 11 INTs  Playoffs         ● 1 game in year 3 ( 0 - 1 in playoffs)         ● 21/40 (52.5% completion rate), 264 passing yards, 1 TD, 1 INT.
