Yeah, this is what I've been talking about for some time. What is it? Is it the team? The geographic? The GM and/or coach? 

The Canes cannot lure top end talent here and I can't figure out what the issue is.

With Ehlers, it's all about money from what I've heard. Still expecting the Canes to sign him at around 9.5m AAV unless it's gone up again. 

 

Others is mostly geographic location. Raleigh isn't a very big city that's what a lot of young couples want "Ranatan and Marner"
