FanDual on Amazon Prime

My Spectrum cable bill was getting insanely high, so I cancelled it, but kept Internet at a special rate of $75/month. Already had Prime so added FanDual-South for $20/month. Quality is very good, haven’t had the glitches like on the FD app, that’s why I went with it. Only minus is you can’t get a yearly $199 rate like with the app but for the quality I’m ok with that. I also have well over a hundred free channels with my smart TV and local channels with a $17 antenna with signal amplifier.

I watch Braves and Canes on FD.

Nice! So, do you know if Amazon just adds the $20 per month, (which is the same price as the FD app), to my monthly Prime bill? I'll definitely do this over starting back my app subscription. The glitches on the app are frustrating as hell!

If it’s like other stuff it’s just added on.  I’ve subscribed to a few services through it a couple times.  It’s convenient to use the same account and stuff.

I pay for Prime annually so I get a separate monthly charge to my credit card for FD.  FD With tax, is $21.39.

So far after multiple Braves games watched no glitches.  other than the Braves lost 19-4 last night haha.

Yeah rough year for the Braves.  I'm in the Wilmington area now and we're not in the Braves market.  So I have to buy MLB.TV to watch them.  I end up watching about 15 teams as a result 😆

Only thing that sucks is its Nats and Orioles market.  So I have to subscribe to MASN just to watch the Braves divisional games against the Nats.  Not doing that.

Well that surprises me, I guess you’re considered to far away from Hotlanta.

Yeah I grew up in Charlotte, and that had overlaps with Braves, Orioles, Nats, and I think Cincinnati at the time.  Because you could subscribe to the Reds network with the cable package back then.  It was a nightmare for MLB.TV owners cause half the games were blacked out and you don't even have a local team.

I drove up to see a game at Camden Yards for the first time, and it took like 8 hours.  It seems insane we're in the market.

I also cancelled by Hulu/ESPN/Disney account, so will miss a few Canes games on ESPN+ this season on TV will have to be radio. Also Netflix. That was getting too expensive as well lol.

*I’m free airing and lovin’ it! * (Kramer voice)
