One positive form the game- Bam

[Basbear]

 Martin-Scott continues the great production form this 2025 class. As a UDFA he stood out filling in as the 4th string LB. 

 

Even if Wallace comes back this week, they need to start Bam alongside.

Yea he was flying around and want to believe he had 2 TFL. 

For a guy playing his first game, great game given CMC and Kittle are middle field aces. 

Bam had that LB look in eyes a few plays too, I was impressed with the plays he made as well. 

Maybe LB group isn't the worse in the NFL....

Oh it's squarely the worst in the NFL. That's why you are impressed by unimpressive players.

Tbf bam had 6 tackles 1 tfl and they held all world cmc to 84 rush yards on 3.7 ypc. That I am content with. The pass rush still needs work but compared to last year's record setting bad run d this year is a lot better. None of them are keuchly but they're better than I thought

Of the 44 Tackles For Loss on the season, a mere 22.7%(10) are from ILB's on the season.

Secondary: 14

DL: 10

OLB/EDGE: 10

 

The ILB's we have are somewhere between 2nd string and PS quality. They are substantially worse than anticipated.
