Raiders moved on from Russell long ago Bryce.  Bryce is at 40+ starts.  Russell never sniffed that.  Raiders had less egg on their face than we do and didn’t give up the same assets for their bad QB

You could make "times and context" where Cam Newton was a terrible quarterback if you wanted.

(focusing on Super Bowl performance as a metric, for example)

I watched Shough outplay Bryce by a fair margin.  Again.

I watched Bryce make 2 horrible throws on the same drive as his 1 good throw

Canales is limited in how he calls a game because he has to factor Bryce heavily 

Bryce and Shough giving themselves up weren’t comparable 

we should of kicked the FG

No. I wouldn't say that the defense ranked #2 in the league in yardage allowed but #21 in points allowed was the second best overall defense in the league. That's why it's important to look at both metrics.

I don't give a rip where Bryce ranks historically. All that matters to me is that he isn't good enough to be our franchise guy right now.
