Who runs a red zone Fleaflicker?

Was it ever confirmed that the play call was a flea flicker or was it Rico panicking and re-living his ST blunder?

I see Canales and Bryce as the kind of guys that would fall on the grenade for a teammate. I find it hard to believe that an NFL HC/OC would call a play that is used for deeper pass plays and not RZ plays in the final minutes of a game that decides their playoff fate.

It was a flea flicker you can see the lineman are not run blocking downfield, but the Bucs had it sniffed out

A reporter attempted to also call out the fact flea flicker wasn’t apparently setting up any pass….and Canales just refused to comment claiming it would give info to the future opponents.

it might of been the worst playcall of the Tepper era all the different aspects factoring.  It should get a playcaller fired capping off this season

Wild.

This is example #3,871 this year of Canales trying to overthink and outsmart a league that only has a few true offensive innovators.

He ain’t there yet.

It think it is was a flea flicker in the pouring rain….that was going to be a nothing pass to Jimmy Horn running his little nothing route in the backfield.   Only other option was a 10 yard comeback.  Which I guess was a future blocker?
