And he's almost 25, if you haven't developed basic concepts of your craft by that age you are probably not ever going to be elite at that craft. If it takes him a few more years to even get his head right, his body will start going the other way as he can't afford to gain any more weight or lose any speed for his build -

Didn't say that he did. He's obviously got issues. It just struck me with the second part of his comment that he doesn't get the ball where he can do much with it. That's all. -
