I just thought he was under the radar--but thanks for opening our eyes to him.  I think we should have better measures for intelligence--such as reaction time, angles, etc. Legette is raw as heck, for example, and his RAS was very high.  We used to do the Wonderlic (which was not great) but to know how effectively a player makes on field decisions would be great.

Caldwell, like Legette, made money at the combine. I doubt it's as much (production for legette the 5th year) but Caldwell crushed it. If you ask me he's that boom or bust pick of the draft. Could be like DK Metcalf or Legette. Total wildcard. I would not trust more than a 4th but the potential alone warrants a 4th round look. He did produce in the end zone but a lot of the knocks are raw craft based, which is completely different than poor athleticism. He sounds like a good and willing blocker (plus in my book) and could be really useful outside of pass plays. Not saying he will boom or bust but interesting guy to track.

Hell Legette was 24th overall a few years ago Caldwell is #2. He went Megatron at the combine. Again who knows what's in store for him, but that was all time performance at the combine for a WR.

I would not hate if we went Dillon Thieneman S, Rodriguez ILB, and Dani Dennis Sutton Edge. But maybe after the combine it may not be possible to get the last two in the second and third round without moving up or getting another second round pick.

This would be close to ideal imo. After the combine I think only 1 of those guys sits at our current picks and that's Thieneman. I'd argue Anthony Hill Jr in the 1st and hope you can float Sutton at 51 as a better start, but even Sutton at 51 seams remote.

I'd almost rather trade down and go after Rodriguez and gather another 2nd rounder to bundle to go after Sutton and another safety (VJ Payne possibly?) as the top 3 picks. I'm in on Rodriguez, and willing to except the small size risks.

Caldwell is a classic workout warrior. Hell, at least XL actually had one year of good college production. Caldwell has 478 receiving yards in his D1 career. And this was with the #2 ranked QB in this year's transfer portal. I doubt I'd even have him on my draft board.

I love the players selected, but we need an OL in the first 3 picks.

The bad news is that we have too many needs to address then all in the first three picks. The good news is that we shouldn't feel compelled to reach. There will be prospects at or near the top of our board that also fill a need throughout the draft.

Hope it works that way. An ancillary benefit of having so many holes.

Gennings Dunker is a guy I’ve grown to admire while watching the NFL Combine. Moves great, looked fantastic in drills. One of the highest graded PFF OT’s in college football over the past few years. Plus, he’s got the look too with that mullet Lol.

I love the mullet but he's stiff and slow. I'm curious to see where Baun, I think that it was who i noticed is projected. I haven't looked into the oline yet so I  am just now looking into them. I think there may be someone who we can snag in the 4th.

I feel like the 3rd or 4th might be a sweet spot for our next starting center. Theres some solid centers that should be there when we're on the clock.

There's a few guards the could be centers at this level as well. Teams love versatility at this level.

    • I swear..... this is RICH coming from a guy talking about cuming down some random #6 womans throat while you were married to Angie, the wife who gave you children.  Steve talks about being a 'man" and all that stuff, the husband of the woman whom Steve sent all those lewd text messages called you on face time. Steve started crying like a BITACH and ended the call after a bitach voiced "Im sorry". fug Steve Smith, Im shocked he's not in jail and Im done with him getting career as a world class asshole. Go enjoy your empty home and I hope Angie takes ALLLLL your money and time away from your kids. God forbid Steve influences them with his "Im from the street" mindset.  Angie and John Kasay helped steve form being Steve, what a joke. insane levels of irony form this Steve weirdo that thinks he's super smart and people owe him all sort of special treatment when he is a giant turd inside and out.
    • Who said impressive? I just reported what Shefter said. Willis will not command as much as you think. The problem will be how strongly Green Bay will want to hang onto him. He obviously has no chance to start there and if GB wants to move on from Love it will not be with Willis. Willis is a long way from being a full time starter and highly doubt he has franchise qb in him. But he is young and can win you some games in a pinch.
    • Dude plays well below his 40 time and dink and dunk QB.
