If he gives a damn he will probably noticeably improve in time.  

He's a way more likeable guy retired versus as a QB.  I don't think anyone liked him as a QB other than our wives and Patriots fans.

My wife did not like him as a QB. Strange thing is she never comments on other players very much, but would say she didn't like him.
