Carson Palmer is apparently determined to leave Cincinnati.

Palmer, who has demanded the Bengals trade him, told a confidant he "will never set foot in Paul Brown Stadium again," WCPO-TV in Cincinnati reported Tuesday. According to Tuesday's report, Palmer said "I have $80 million in the bank. I don't have to play football for money. I'll play it for the love of the game but that would have to be elsewhere. I'm prepared to live my life."

Guess they need a QB now. Maybe We trade Jimmy to them for a pick.

So why would a guy with 80 million in the bank want to come here. Lets see if he puts his money where his mouth is. If he decides to play here for the vet minimum instead of the 50 million he is still owed then I say sign him in a heart beat.

i'd trade and take him. he's better than clausen or pike and will buy us a couple of years to find a replacement while building other positions through the draft and can be a mentor to his eventual replacement.
