Help a prospector out, PLEASE!

With the airing of the Discovery/History TV show, "Gold Rush Alaska" and gold at $1400 an ounce, it's hard to find a place these day around here that my buddies and I can prospect alone. All these wannabe prospectors are just mucking everything up!

So I thought I would ask the folks here:

Anyone have water; Creek, Stream, river? running through/on their property? (This excludes you guys in Canada & Philly, sorry) but it doesn't have to be here in Charlotte. Can really be anywhere in North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, even Georgia!

It can be you, your friends, co-workers, In-laws, Out-laws (Spouses parents), relatives, Aunts, Uncles, Sisters, Brothers, etc. You break the ice and I'll turn on the 'ol Herbstreit charm on them. (Works best with kids and women over 70 though. "Hello there. How you doin'?" :ihih: LOL)

My 2 buddies and I are looking for virgin (aren't we all?) water (OH! Water!:p) that maybe hasn't been prospected before or for a while at least.

We come equipped with Liability Waivers and the promise not to leave trash or holes behind. (After all, we want to come back, if we find some of the yellar stuff!) We also have lease/fee agreements if we do find a steady source of gold!

We would dearly love to find something around Yadkin, Pee Dee, Uwharrie or French Broad rivers' tributaries. Or, the Pisgah National Forest as long as it's on private land. If there is flowing water, we are open to at least look at it.

Please PM me if you know of any place! We are willing to knock on doors, but so far, our response hasn't been great.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
