Is there any other player that has won an NJCAA championship and an NCAA championship at the quarterback position? Cam obviously has had a huge impact for his teams at qb. He plays fearless too, and he makes it look pretty easy. That's why he gets on people's nerves.

As far as comparing him to some other teams that won national titles, you can't do it effectively. Greg Mcelroy...that was a defensive and run oriented team. Matt Leinart...psh...Cam Newton would have destroyed Vince Young's Longhorns if he was in that championship game.

Cam Newton is special. He's our shot. If we don't take him, he will be great somewhere else, and then we'll be cursing the front office for not taking him 3 years down the road.
