Yeah I read a thing from the director saying "Well Cersei relents and encourages him" or something like that. I think they tried to make it like the books but just failed horribly.

 

Elio from westeros.org broke down a lot of the body language and thinks it was meant to be a case of Cersei pretending to say no while really getting off on it, and the whole "it's wrong!" thing was like saying "I've been a bad girl," basically ironically being weird for sex reasons.

 

Makes sense but not something that's easy to get across on screen.

 

Yeah, if that's what they were shooting for I think they missed... would have required a little extra dialogue...

Charles Dance was absolutely brilliant in the episode.  Even more so than usual.

 

His dialogue with Tommen was freaking great.  

The J&C rapey inscest scene next to their son's dead body afterwards kind overshadowed it though

It's going to suck when we lose Charles Dance/Tywin - my guess is his demise is this season's episode 9.

Based on the previews, it looks like a good amount of Jon - and a lot of scenes at The Keep.

 

I could see heavy on the Stannis and possibly Theon.

 

And some more on Bran and his visions.

I wouldn't be shocked if we lost Ygritte this week if it is heavy on Jon's storyline.

I think that ending was the first time the shows officially passed the books. It's been speculated that the Others are really Craster's sons like his wives claim, but I guess that's confirmation.
