They are stockpiling a lot of big moments for the second half of this season. Second half should be pretty crazy if they are like the books

It's gonna be crazy and it could start this Sunday.  I could see 2 more kicking the bucket that have been rumoured.

One of my favorite things about last Sunday: A really big reinforcement we're going to see Oldtown, the Citadel and Ravenry next season.  YES.  Marwyn...YES.

I think we'll see Oldtown for sure now...

Yara is listed as being in a couple episodes later in the season... Nothing on Balon... I keep holding out hope that S6 will have a lot of Iron Islander stuff to catch us up... or that there have been some secret castings for later this season...

I agree it got a bit boring in the book but I think on the screen it could be really interesting and a nice change of pace.  I also thought Victarion and all that (ships, etc) would have a large part of the story to where the show would HAVE to show it.

Iron Islands stuff was boring IMO.  I hope they cut most of it altogether

I think most of it is.  Maybe a minor storyline they do with Asha...and a long shot at Euron.

I think Victarian is cut along with Damphaire.   I'm thinking it's like a 1/4 chance Euron makes it to the show.

They've said in the past that they were going to do Dorne or Iron Islands in S5, and it ended up being confirmed to be Dorne. That makes me think they have at least tabled some II stuff but decided to wait (if not cut it as mentioned.)

Of course, there is always the theory that someone we've seen is actually an Iron Islander masquerading as someone else... I don't want to get spoilery here though...

It could also be that D&D know the end game stuff isn't heavily affected by the Iron Islanders... so they are just skipping it like other things we've seen them omit. No clue...

Anyway... I think the show is doing a fantastic job as usual, and can't wait to see what's in store.

Yeah, so we get to see more Missandei/Grey Worm unrequited love.  Oh joy.

c'mon man... You know they have to sex it up. It will likely come into play in something important later...

At least, I hope it does...
