I'm in Ocean Isle about three or four times a year (live in Atlanta now), but haven't been to Wilmington in more than ten years. My girlfriend and I are big foodies. Curious if any of the Wilmington residents (past or present) have any suggestions. Would prefer if it's downtown or in some area where there are other bars, etc. within walking distance.

Any other suggestions for things to do in and around Wilmington are also appreciated.

Yes Taco Bell is one of my favs but fortunately not limited to ILM...

I've heard Michaels Seafood at Carolina Beach is good... Dockside is great if you wanna eat on the waterway but the food isn't anything special. If you want a great burger or chicken sammich PT's is the place... go to the one off of College where all the girlies are.

      Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

      The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us.
