It is Draft Day what are your final NFL draft predictions.

I will have to say we Trade down. But if we stay at number one I think Cam Newton or AJ Green will be the pick. My final draft day prediction.

We trade Armanti to New England for their first completing Hurney's best draft ever with his first overall pick being Mike Vanderjagt.

I'll predict for the future...

Gabbert will be the best QB that comes out of this draft.

Newton, Locker, Mallett... will not pan out in the NFL. But Newton will have a good first season when they make it simple for him. After that, he'll struggle.

I have a hunch that Dareus will only be a serviceable DT in this league. Corey Leguit will be better. I want to like Dareus, I really do. I just see some things I don't like.

My top 3 selections.

Carolina With all that has come out from Sal Pal, the pick is Newton. I feel its a done deal

Denver Foxy builds a D from the inside out, Dareus will be the pick. Nice and safe and the guy will be a stud. The Broncos need a pick that will make an impact now and produce.

Buffalo I know Buddy Nix has said QB isn't their biggest need and he is right, Fitzpatrick will do well for them, but he also said yesterday on a program they need a guy that will be better than Fitz. Blane Gabbert will be the pick for many reasons, butts in the seats in Buffalo is needed more so than anywhere else in the league. And Chan is a QB guru so he should get Gabbert up to speed

I know I will be slammed for this by the Cam nut huggers. I really, really, do not believe that Hunery is stupid enough to take Newton. He WILL NOT amount to squat for awhile, if ever. You do not use the first pick on a player that will have no immediate impact (way to much money). He is a 3 year project at best. Do you think Rivera will take that type of chance seeing as that if it did take 3 years, he would be on the bubble to be fired for not producing a winning team.

My pick would be: Petterson or Dareus

Then in free agency (when it is allowed), pick up a Vet QB.

Ideally I would love to trade down a few and get a 2nd. We could then draft a QB in the 2nd (assuming we have given up on Clausen) and have them sit and learn from a vet.
