fiz's obscene words hurt my eyes, I don't know if I can post anymore.

just kidding. not that easy to get rid of me!

anyways, I wonder what repercussions an ownership victory will have on the longterm labor situation between players and owners.

if you just want football regardless of the cost it's a great thing.

If you give a poo about the plight of organized labor vs. management it's the most depressing thing that could happen.

This isn't about organized labor versus management at all. Football is already a special case as are all major sports leagues. Players are treated better than most any other worker and with a minimum salary of over 300,000 it is hard to feel sorry for the trodden masses. Even practice squad teams get 5000 a week.

Homestly the players never had a leg to stand on to begin with. If we were talking players 30 or 40 years ago then you could have made a case. But honestly players are pampered and treated damn well. Who among us wouldn't trade places if we had the talent to be able to play football at that level.

The whole complaint that players are getting done in and treated unfairly is crap IMO.
