Holy hell. It's freakin roasting here. Like walking outside into an oven. The a/c hasn't shut off since this morning. I wish we had shade trees; it's about 10 degrees cooler next door at my mom's.

For two days now, I've been cooped up in the house because of the heat. :(

I had to go into town today and I though I was going to melt right there in the parking lot of Lowes.

Worst part about living in the South.

However, my house is blanketed by oak trees, and it stays pretty cool considering. Power bill is lowest of anywhere I've ever lived.
