I love it when the local media treats us like children telling us what to do when it is too hot.

the sad part is... it's probably necessary for 80% of the locals to hear this, otherwise they'd go about their day thinking nothing of it and then find themselves in a hospital because of heat stroke a couple hours later

Yes it has been pretty hot. I went jogging yesterday and I bit off more than I could chew. I started feeling numb and light headed after a few miles. Thought I was going to be sick or pass out. I'll be more careful next time.
