30% humidity and a dew point in the mid 50s. That's why the heat index is lower than the actually air temperature. Dry heat... It can be 105° in Bakersfield, CA, but still not feel as hot as it does on 95° day in Charlotte. Look at Jangler's post. It was 95° in Winston-Salem but the heat index was 113°.
