do ferrets make good pets?

I don't like having to deal with them if I have to keep em in a cage. Well trained where you can let them roam free is better. At the very least just a leash should be enough.

Oh crap I thought this was the Lovely Ladies section. What are we talking about again?

Ours is very sweet. She's a dainty little thing, and loves to give kisses. She's really old, and has a hard time getting around now. As long as the cage is kept clean, they don't really smell that bad. You can bathe them.

If you have the time to spend with one, and can let them out of the cage most of the time, I say get one.

I don't trust our cats or dogs around Blossom.

My Sister in Law had one. Use to grab her tampons and hide them around the house! (I guess for nests?) CLEAN ONES ONLY!

It didn't smell at all. I thought she said something about domestic ferrets have to have their scent glands or they do get their scent glands removed. (Aren't they related to the Skunk family??) She could put it on her shoulder and it stayed there, until she put it down.

She could call out that is was time to go to bed and it would run into it's cage and get into it's hammock and swing itself to sleep. ZZZZZZZZZZ

BAHAHAHA............But they really are smelly animals..I would stick to a dog...open the back door....he goes out to poo...

Or do what the neighbors all did when I lived in my apartment. Bring their dogs over and let them sh** in the apartment's grass and not clean it up!

I felt like the old angry neighbor. I'd yell at them to clean that sh** up, and they'd ignore me! I should have cleaned it up and flung it all over their house! Or else do the flaming bag thing! Then just sit on the sidewalk flicking mylighter and see what those MF'er had to say!

    • Bryce and Dave will determine how many games this team wins next year. It’s not on the WRs. The RBs. LBs. This is about 2 things: 1. Can Bryce continue to come up big in the few key downs that decide most games?  2. Can Canales evolve his play calling to counter punch like the big boys do. Half time adjustments.  teams that score 30+ points on the regular win more games than not. That’s on Bryce and Dave. The offense is top 10 at every position group, save for TE and QB. A baller TE is gravy but not crucial when the receivers are dudes.  The defense is the defense. It’ll be better this season, hopefully by a large margin, but Dave/Bryce is really where it’s at.
    • Normally I'd wholeheartedly agree with this. But I feel like teams figured out this offense after the Raiders game. Bryce was so inept the first 2 games that we couldn't really even run the offense. Dalton's first game showed what we had. But after that game, coverages got a lot tighter and windows were smaller. When Bryce came back in, his ability to extend plays made a big difference. It's really difficult to stop a QB that can beat/escape 1on1 tacklers. It puts a lot of pressure on the defense when you blitz. And he was completing throws in tight coverage with anticipation. Point being Bryce wasn't throwing to wide open receivers that were schemed open by the offense. Occasionally yes. But not often.
    • With the additions we've made to our roster combined with the state of the division and the conference as a whole there is no excuse for this team not to make a legitimate push for 8-9 wins. Anything less is honestly inexcusable. There will be no more free passes for being a doormat in this iteration of the league where even mediocre teams are competing for playoff spots.
