ESPN Talking Points

Fox does not adjust his plan to match the talent he has, and he does not adjust his plan to attack the weaknesses of the team he is facing. Fox knows how to hammer a nail. No matter what he pulls out of his tool box, he treats it as a hammer. No matter what the job is, he drives a nail into it.

And that sounds like a coach who will be ran out the game, will not garnish any respect among his peers, never make it to the superbowl or a couple of NFC Championship games, let alone making a run with some injury filled teams....

Was he the greatest? Nope, not at all, but the inability to move on from fox, and the hate in here is absurd IMO.

You should never start a sentence with and.

When a "Dolphin fan" makes more sense talking about the Panthers than the "Panther fan", they try and deflect attention from their posts.

TRD is right!!! It was FO fault as well. Who the hell thought Matt Moore could be a starting QB?? Alot of people should take blame for that.

If I "phollowed" Moore there, why am I here? Wouldn't there not be here?

You're here to troll and get "swag" points, nothing more. I'm pretty sure you've signed up on some Dolphins message board. Did you go to school with Moore or something? You could've at least jumped on the bandwagon of a QB with real talent and a promising future. Anyway, no way in the hell the Panthers end up with the worst record this season. I'd put money on that. no homer

TRD talks about how we have the toughest division in football you guys still have the jets AND the pats. lmao no way in hell you guys are playoff bound with the qb play you guys are stuck with. Chad Henne, Matt Moore, and Pat white. Go ahead and stick brandon marshalls nuts in your mouth because i'd bet money olsen's gonna have more td's than he is.

FO is to blame for rebuilding a roster yet keeping a coach not interested.

Fox was probably fine w/ Moore as a starting option but you know he needed other options if that didn't pan out. Neither Clausen or Pike remotely fit what Fox needed from the position. That set Fox up for disaster if plan A (which was very questionable) didn't pan out.

Him starting Clausen week 2 was probably more of a "see, Jerry, this ain't gonna work.....look at what you have done"....type thing. Fox quickly went back to Moore as the "best option to win" yet it would appear Fox knew that all along (as all reports said it was glaringly obvious all preseason/camp/etc).

    • He’s also 21 years old. I don’t know why fiz is so eager to label him a bust
    • It’s wild to me that so many of you guys are threatened by the idea of an opposing team fan who is polite in 2025. He’s been posting here on and off for years, usually when our teams play each other which hasn’t been for a while. I’d maybe understand this treatment if it was a falcons or saints fan, but packers fans in general are one of the nicer fan bases as long as you aren’t another NFC north team (especially the bears).
    • Some players excel on the big stage, while others freeze and succumb to the pressure. I’m not convinced Cam took a dive. I think he didn’t handle the stage very well. The pressure got to him and he folded. He wouldn’t be the first quarterback or player to struggle in a Super Bowl. Two HOF examples - John Elway and Jim Kelly. The 2002 MVP, Rich Gannon, threw 5 interceptions against the Bucs. Poor performances happen.  Unless of course you believe all these players threw the games they played in, but if that occurred, surely someone by now would have admitted taking a dive? 🤷‍♂️
