Ya I noticed that all the preaching about turnovers didnt yield much last night, but wow that defense looks nasty. Seems to me that Rivera's defense makes better use of players that normally wouldnt be involved in a play. It puts people in position to make plays.

Offense, dropping balls in the endzone is a good way to have your team lose confidence in you. LaFell lost a bit last night I think. Love the new look though. Extremely unpredictable looking

I will like to thank Rivera, Chud, Shula, and Mcder. For a nice coaching performance! The D was good considering we had 5 to 6 starters out. Play calling was nice, I mean I couldn’t even guess what we were doing, great job Chud. WR’s need to step up! Had they caught a few of Cam passes he would have had 2 TDs. Over all better than we seen last year.

      when we drafted Bryce Young that team might have been more talented than the team we currently have ?  that was the whole reasoning behind morgagting  our immediate future to trade up to #1 overall for BY. our front offices & owners felt like hey guess what the time is now to srike while the iron is hot go hire an All Star coaching staff we were only a Qb away from taking that next step ..just saying

      I just dont get the worry over losing a practice squad player that just went undrafted. Everyone just made their selections. The chances of a team wanting to sign him to an active roster after not selecting him is very low.  If that interested they would have taken him late to evaluate in person. As far as I can tell two qbs were signed off another teams practice squad last season and they were both going in to their 5th season.

      I enjoyed reading this thread and the usual banter that follows. The only silver lining I can identify right now is we do actually have a couple of young QB's behind him and we do have a nice roster on both sides of the ball built around the most important position. So if the team overall shows some promise but we still falter largely due to a lack of consistent passing output (again) hopefully the decision makers can be free to make the best decision for the team going forward after the conclusion of this upcoming season.
