I really hope Cam becomes the star we all are wanting. I just don't see it right now. If he is smart he will after the offseason, go to the panthers facilities and work on his mechanics and fundamentals of the game. I think he is smart enough to learn the offense properly and is has a good work ethic.

So u guys expect Cam to carry a team that sucks...Got it.

Well, what everyone thought to be the worst team in the NFL just handled us convincingly. I know it’s just preseason but this is the "dress rehearsal". If that’s true; well then, yea

BTW...did you take a look at our schedule? This was, without a doubt, the easiest game we would have this season

OL will look better with Otah back.

Cam will look better with game plans that are designed to help him out.

D will look better with Beason back, not to mention the inevitable other improvements that will be made.

I just don't think it's anywhere close to as bad as you guys are making it.

Were throwing alot of high percentage passes. no slants screen or dump offs. looks like they just wanted to see what cam could do. Bad game yes. Need to mention luck NO. Just stop it.

Shouldn't he have a decent completion rate if most of the passes are high percentage throws?

      If it’s all the same to you guys, I’d like to use this thread for Tuesday nights game as well to keep this hate going. I have a feeling Tuesday vs the panthers is going to be violent in that arena.    @LinvilleGorgecan you please add “and Tuesday” to the game thread?  They play the Panthers again Tuesday.       Nobody on the huddle is saying we have an elite group offensively across the board. They aren't great. They're young. If you are expecting someone to agree with your position of blaming everyone around Bryce Young nearly three full seasons into his career you are going to be left holding the bag save for a handful of people who act like they are paid to defend his honor. Bryce Young is not a guy who has had to claw and fight his way into starting jobs in football. He's had the best to work with and been gifted roles since he was a teenager. The Panthers have one of the youngest rosters in the league and with us needing an infusion of young defensive talent in the upcoming draft we're only going to get younger. We need a QB who possesses the ability to elevate those around him. If you can't agree with me on that then there's nothing further to discuss.

      All Bryce and the Panthers had to do was split with the Saints and a rookie QB. The bar was so low. They even had a whole bye week to prepare. The time for singing kumbaya was before that game. Anyone still talking about Bryce earning a second contract 43 games into his career is living a fantasy. He might get one from the Tepper owned Panthers but he's damn sure not earned it.
