I just realized that he gets to experience the Star Wars story from a different perspective than most of us old school fans.

He gets to start straight from episode one, and then go straight through, all the way to the end. Most of us original fans started watching from episode 4-6, and then watch the "prequel" episodes 1-3 afterwards.

I bet that watching the story that way affects the story by means of taking away some of the "mystery" behind Darth Vader, and revealing the "secret" that Vader is realy Luke's father...

Interesting... well, I think so anyway.

Also means starting off with Jar-Jar right from the beginning

I like to pretend episodes 1-3 don't exist. I also like to watch my 20 year old bootleg vhs versions of the originals.

I Guess I am the only person who has not seen a star wars movie. I bet even indigenous people from remote islands have seen them due to Lucas streaming them directly to their brains during REM sleep cycles. Looks like I know the next 6 movies to move to the top of my netflix queue.

so, you came in here, knowing the reaction you'd get and then act all indignant about it?

you've never seen star wars? who the f*ck cares?

hows that for a reaction?

Just turn over to Spike TV, they are on every other weekend and this weekend is one of those weekends.

A lot of people agree with you, but I actually like the "prequels".

Episode 1 kinda sucked, but 2 and 3 were awesome, I thought.

The only part that they really screwed up was casting that douchebag actor that they picked to play Anakin... But, I think that they did a good job casting Obi-wan, Qui-gon, Palpatine, Dooku etc.

I also liked how they showed the events of how Palpatine came to power by manipulating the war and everything else from the beginning. (Palpy is one of my favorite characters hehe)

Like I said, if the producers had casted someone more intimidating to play Anakin/Vader, I think the new movies would have been much better.

I don't think the Dark Lord would have ever come about from that waste of writing character that was Anakin Skywalker. I'm a whiny bitch which somehow qualifies me to be the most feared man in the galaxy.

    • Do you see the vision?  As of now our Carolina Panthers don’t have an identity. We are not an offensive powerhouse and on defense we only started getting it together towards the end of the year last year. In my opinion we are much closer to having an incredible defense that scares the daylights out of people. I say the answer is simple and we fully commit to that possible identity.    Emmanuel McNeil Warren (E man)  This guy is like a shark lurking around ready to attack anyone. Fearless. He is easily a top 20 talent in my eyes, and the only reason he isn’t more talked about is because he’s from Toledo. Do your due diligence as panther fans and watch his tape I beg you. Once you’re done watching let me ask you this, if you dropped E - Man into the strong safety spot on the Buckeyes, he isn’t being talked about as one of the best prospects we’ve seen in some time given the skill set you see with this guy? I think so. Put his name on the card and turn it in at 19.    Jacob Rodriguez  High effort, High energy, High IQ guy that flies around the field. We all know Jacob at this point. My only concern is he’s a little bit too good and I’m not sure he makes it to us at our pick in the second. With the additions of Jacob and E- Man I think our defense goes to top 5 in the league. We would have a duo of linebackers that rival anything we’ve had in our past. I’m not a GM so I don’t know what the possible answer could be, but if there’s a way we can comfortably trade up in the second to secure this guy I think we find a way to do it.    Spend the rest of our picks fixing the O - line.    Thoughts Panthers fans? Who’s the ideal duo for yall?
    • OL is arguably much more important to the success of a young QB. (Or any QB)
    • Didn’t get around to watching this one but looks like Pistons played their starters and actually tried…? Unlucky that they sit vs Magic, etc and try vs us. Hopefully we can beat the Heat and then Magic or 6ers with no Embiid. BUT if not, the NBA really should give us the lottery win this year like they did Mavs last year. Another high pick could be our final missing piece and have us as legit top contenders next year and going forward if we’re healthy. Or trade it for a Giannis type
