CBS video preview: Panthers vs GB. No chance to keep it close. (video)

The Panthers will WIN...If u don't believe ur team have a chance, then why the hell should anyone else.. Anyone can make empty predictions. The same negative predictions were made against the Jets and when they went out and won, the same "know it alls" would act like it didn't matter.

There is no real reason why the Panthers cannot win unless the team badly sucks...And outside of the letdown by the defense, I didn't see the team playing so bad that they cannot give their opponents a run for their money.

I never did say our team couldn't win. But you have to look at it both ways. Rogers and the packers offense is really good. Our D might stop them on the first few drives and all. But if our offense does not move the ball well then our D stays on the field alot longer then they need to be. The longer the D stays out there the more tired they get. I hope we beat the hell out of GB and beat them so bad that we send a message to the other teams in the league. But I'm also looking at the otherside aswell. The panthers has a great task ahead of them on Sunday agaist GB. I truly do hope we win. But there is always that chance we will lose aswell. I'm not trying to be Neg. about it and all. I'm just looking at the reality side of it and Not just the fantasy side of Sunday game. Plain and simple.

He says they will confuse Cam by only rushing two players??? I say fine with that!!! Greenbay meet Mister Williams and Mister Stewart!!

Yeah, everything will confuse Cam..U know...Wasn't it them who kept beating the drum of how "weak" Cam's intangibles were? I see they are still trying to find ways of push "the kid is too stupid to understand the NFL" mantra. I seriously believe they are the ones stuck on stupid.:cam::)

I get the sense people are overestimating GB's D, and underestimating ours.

Even if it was against the Saints, they still allowed 34 points. And even though we let Arizona put up 28, you could make an argument saying 2 of those touchdowns looked more like mental errors on the part of our ST and D.

I can't even remember the last time we gave up 34 points when putting up 3 touchdowns or more, loss or win. If we get any kind of production from or O, I don't see them blowing our defense out.

Sadly, it seems way to many love a perfect team and not a team who works hard to win. This time last year, the Greenbay Packers weren't hyped to the level they are right now and Aaron Rogers was just another QB hoping to stay healthy. Fast forward a year later and the last year's naysayers now have the Greenbay Packers walking on water.

Like the Greenbay Packers last year, the Panthers have to take their games one day at a time...

I had the Greenbay Packers winning the SB before the so called experts started to jump on their bandwagon. The Greenbay Packers played one game at a time. And play to their strenghts, their defene. Minized their mistakes while forcing their opponents to make more mistakes than them.. Don't see why the Panthers can't do the same. Cam has shown that even thou he is a rookie and have a lot of growing to do, he is driven and will find a way to win...

The Panthers' biggest enemy are themselves.

Bottomline, the Panthers played like the Arizona team was an easy push over because they have beaten them many times before. They didn't play to their own strength and made way to many mental mistakes.

I got the same feeling. When we were up 21 -14 and had the ball in the third quarter, I think our team may have thought we had it and got too relaxed. I know I did. There was a lot of game left and we let them get 2 back to back TD's in the 4th.

You can be sure they wouldn't make the same mistake against a team like GB. Now I can see GB having that same attitude against us.

I'm not worried about our Offense. If our dline and dbacks look like poo against the packers, then we will almost certainly lose. Can't expect us to put up points on every single offensive possession we get, we need stops on D-somehow.

I'm still positive though. Hopefully we can win. If we do it will mean our defense can compete and not get run over and passed through 80% of the game like it has been throughout the preseason games and game 1.

I'm surprised they didn't mention Foster's return to our lineup. They just ride the SB champ's band wagon because that's all they know, same crap every year. These guys memorize names of their pet teams so as to sound like bonified experts but don't know dooky about the other28 teams.

Panters will give GB all they can handle. Watch Capers toupe' for panic signs.
