Is there any record for most total yards by a QB? That seems to be the record Cam will get easier than passing yards this year (Not that he can't break Marino's records, but Brees and Brady look like they'll shatter it and race each other to the moon)

Favre has almost 72,000 yards. Only 70,000 to go!

NFL Single-Season Total Offense Leaders (from Profootballreference.com)

1. Drew Brees (29) 4,976 2008 NOR

2. Dan Marino+ (23) 4,957 1984 MIA

3. Daunte Culpepper (27) 4,885 2004 MIN

4. Tom Brady (30) 4,776 2007 NWE

5. Dan Fouts+ (30) 4,724 1981 SDG

6. Matt Schaub (28) 4,678 2009 HOU

7. Kurt Warner (30) 4,657 2001 STL

Jay Cutler (25) 4,657 2008 DEN

9. Warren Moon+ (34) 4,652 1990 HOU

10. Rich Gannon (37) 4,631 2002 OAK

unless my math is wrong, Cam is on pace for 5,222, which would be the NFL's all-time record for total offense in a single season.

    • That does sound familiar. Those fans are deep. In snow lol. you don’t want to be up there in January.   I would think they have probably seen it all. Except what…  the championship? Gotta feel for them.
    • I thought he was from watching him play and also doing his first HC job. I thought he was the real deal  Apparently what happened is Kraft committed to Mayo and I don’t remember the timeline exactly - but Vrabel was unemployed at the same time Belichick was unemployed. They both were fired (or out) after the 2023 season.  Kraft hired Mayo. Who was kind of an obvious disaster. He probably already had the deal in place but I will give Kraft credit for not sleeping. With Vrabel out there for 2025 he made the move he needed to make and if it hurt Mayo’s feelings then oh well.  I guess you can tell I am not fond of Kraft but that was a really savvy move. At his age, pretty good. Still has it.
    • It’s going to feel like a home game for the bills. There are so many of their fans that live down here now, and many of them have never seen Allen play in person since their last visit was 8 years ago. It didn’t matter for the cowboys game, but it might here. I think we likely lose a close one. Probably a questionable flag or two that doesn’t go our way. X factor for Buffalo will be Kincaid and Knox. If we do win it’s because we get ahead and play keep away from Allen. FYI- I have many friends who are Bills fans that are fed up with Beane who we all revere and think is the one that got away. They feel like he was great to land Josh but has done a terrible job of building around him (especially at WR) and rely on him to become super man to win- sounds kind of familiar, like the last time we had a franchise QB.
