We just lost our 2 best playmakers on D and 2 captains........

Who is going to step up.......we need someone to have a career year now. As much as it pains me to say this outside of Johnson I think that leaves one man.

Charles Godfrey. Outside of CJ/Hardy someone has to find a way behind them to make some big plays. He seems to have the most dynamic skill set.

Anderson and Johnson.

I had CJ as a given.....need someone behind the DL to step up. I think Hardy will develop this year pretty nicely. Still need a career year from someone I think behind the DL. Outside of Godfrey.....I don't think anyone else brings big playmaker potential.

i dont really. if he hasnt by now, then its just not in his nature.

going purely by body language on gamedays... He gets really pumped when guys make plays. Even when hes standing on the sidelines and the Offense makes a play I see him jumping up and down. Couple that with the fact that I think the other players respect him. As for being the vocal type leader, I dunno.

      Dan's been part of 5 drafts, 3 as an assistant to the "last guy" and 2 leading the way. The first 3 with Fitts were pretty ugly overall. Last year's draft, his 1st, isn't looking hot. This year looking like a winner.  He's been part of some bad FA decisions, some good ones, and right now we have the most expensive OL in the league with our franchise LT on the last year of his rookie deal. That's going to get even more expensive.  I'm not ready to crown him as a GM god quite yet because one good year isn't making up for all the bad that's been done the previous 4.

      It is what it will be. I’m over bitching about Young myself. It changes nothing about the situation to constantly complain about him so I personally am not going to do it. I’m looking for another target because this one is played out and it changes nothing.

      I’m getting his jersey. I never buy jerseys. But today I bought 2 at the team store. I got a Delhomme and Peppers legacy jerseys. They didn’t have my size in. DB jersey. Its at the top of my jersey hit list.
