In life u always search for answers knowing you'll prob never find them. Why him? Why again? Why to a person who doesn't deserve.such trying times. A person who would give u his all and his last. I'm speechless!

Thomas Davis is truly a unique human being that.exemplifies a man of God. A role modal in the community and a leader on the field. No one knows how much he really means to me it's evident in this pic.... I love you my brother. Hold your head and remain the strong willed person you are. Better days r in sight. http://lockerz.com/s/140222853

These were tweets that I organized for better reading.

Profound words from a profound Panther.

Thomas Davis tweeted this in response to Beasons words.

Maybe, he doesn't think he is going to retire.

I hope he gets another shot, if anyone "deserves" a shot, he does.

Don't think he will, sadly. Not here at least.

I hate it because he has so much talent, but it's time to hang up the cleats. I'm sure the Panthers would bring him on as a coach if he wanted it.

If TD want's to come back, then I say he's earned the right to another chance. As a player, and more importantly, as a person, he has earned that chance. If we gave Fox's stubborn, rude butt chance after chance-then TD deserves one.

Now for the qualifiers, and as much I hate to say this, there has to be some.

-This organization needs to address the LB position as if he won't be back next year. Cannot bank the future on hoping that it doesn't happen a 4th straight time.

-I detest even letting these words leave my mouth, but we have got to protect ourselves financially. We NEED as much cap space as possible.

Other than that, he earns the right to be here next year. As long as it's on the cheap, we are protected, and we are insured for the future at the LB position.

In the mean time, i'll be praying for him and the Beast's healthy recoveries.

I dunno, I think a lesson should be learned here, Davis has had 3 ACL tears now. Should carolina even consider allowing beason to try to come back? I say no. Good player yes but a good player on IR doesnt do the team any good. I think its time to look past these two. Bring in the future.

    • Many layers my frend- Panthers had a draft recently. They picked 4 defense players. Each player picked 11, 22, 33, 55 as their number. For some players that number match the round or pre-draft round rank, example- Prince was a 3rd rounder and choose 33. Nic was a 1st rounder on some mock drafts and Dan Morgan said they had him as a 1st, he picked 11. Cam Jackson recently switched his number to 55, same as draft and has been telling Dave he wants to be special over and over.  The 44 was to add GOAT feels, thoughts, and more intrigue to this rookie phenomenon. X files cause it was a great TV show and maybe it was playing when this theory came together.......   I hope this helps!
    • The best things Purdy has are certainly important tools for any QB. His accuracy his timing his decision making etc. I feel like he is a high end Teddy Bridgewater. You can compete and win in the regular season with this especially in a weakened NFC but where his limitations come into focus is when you are trying to contend for a Super Bowl you are going against elite and in some instances generational QB's like Mahomes. And when the time has come for him to go up against Mahomes he simply can't get it done. Now certainly he is not alone in that regard and people will point to another highly regarded QB such as Josh Allen who also cannot get by Mahomes. But the difference I see is Allen is not IMO at a phsyical disadvantage in that matchup whereas Purdy is. And that is with what had been to this point a comically stacked roster around Purdy and let's be clear we cannot understate that regardless of which side of the fence we land on in this debate. Purdy has had a top 5 roster and a top 5 coach. And the last time they went to the Super Bowl they leaned on McCaffrey extremely heavily. Now with what they are having to pay him and divert limited resources elsewhere they face a steep climb to get back to the Super Bowl let alone actually win it.
    • Lonzo mentioned Melo going to the Clippers, but he also said we would draft Dylan Harper and he isn't making it to 4.
