This is the one part that makes it a little bit more difficult for the Panthers. Technically they can not be negatiating a trade. Peppers would have to sign the tender offer in order for them to do that.

this is true....he still has his moments but he is loosing his ranking as the most credible.

as much as i hate to admit it, even the likes of florio are giving him a run for the money.

schefter is no perfect prognosticator and he has no idea how it is going to turn out. he may have a bit of an insight to things but when it comes to statements like that, he is making a(n) "educated" guess....basically pulling it out of his somewhat informed butt. this turd may stick to the wall or it may be wet and runny. who knows? we (including schefter) won't know for sure until something happens.

I disagree as an info guy Schefter and Smith are the most informed. The rest or the ones that guess and are hit and miss.
