Cam Newton vs Christian Ponder

Caused by the pressure of their vastly improved DLine?

But yet they still get gashed by 135 per game on the ground and still give up 25 points a game? Doubt it.

The entire team only has four sacks and two are from the d-line, the other two is from a safety and a linebacker. And only four tackles for loss.

The Vikings won't be able to beat us with the running game alone. No team has done that this year. Even Chicago needed some help from special teams and a defensive score. And Minnesota's pass defense is nearly as bad as our rushing defense.

Not saying that we will win easily, but all things being equal, I do think we will win.

I was just being a dick in the first place, but pressure is not the same as sacks.

Sacks wouldn't cause interceptions becasue they QB would have been down. Pressure causes interceptions.

I know, but my point is that if they are getting gashed everywhere else and not even able to bring runners down in the backfield, I really don't think that their attitude against pass blocking would drastically differ enough to get significant pressure regularly. Maybe the new defensive coordinator is running crafty schemes to confuse the QBs or maybe their secondary is just that good, but I don't see how that line is deserves majority credit, if any. Other than Dareus, which is only because of being drafted high, their D-line starters aren't at all noteworthy.

I don't watch the Bills so I don't know, but it doesn't add up enough for me to believe that Dareus has been this un-noticed dominant force that has helped the Bills tremendously and is the reason they are doing well.

You guys freak out so much it's dishearting..Did AP go off when we had Nick Hayden as a starting DT in 2009? No he didn't, and we weren't an awesome run stopping defense then either. Let each game come and stop overreacting and thinking every top RB is gonna score 30 points on us by themselves.
