stopping LJ is no big deal anymore. he has only 2 games this year over 100 and only 4 TDs total (1st game they let him get 198 yards and 2 TDs)

they gave up a 59yd TD and a 29yd TD to the jets 2 weeks ago.

before that in the game they LOST to the raiders fargas had 107 yards rushing and mcfadden had 2 rushing TDs (of the 3 he has had all year)

week before that they gave up 2 rushing TDs to michael turner (one of the was a 28 yard run)

and all this is in the past 4 weeks in their "improved" rush defense.

are you impressed? i know i am.

I haven't followed the Broncs too closely this year, but I heard they have a decent passing game. Panthers better be on the lookout for that.

Yep...that boils it down pretty nicely actually.

Same goes for LdT this year. I know that toe has hindered him also but he doesn't look like the same player he has been in past years.

Denvers run defense has improved a lot since the New England game. We just give up a lot of big runs. We pretty much shut down Michael Turner and Thomas Jones except they broke 2 or 3 big runs on us. Teams aren't sustaining drives with their running game against us like they were last season, the majority of the time they are getting 1 or 2 yards and then a linebacker gets out of his gap and there goes a 60 yard run.

Expect 8 men in the box most of the day...... But if you guys get into the second level its a TD.

Our passrush is horrible. Deihlomme (sp?) should play one of his better games of the season against us, most QB's do. Dumervil broke his finger week 1 and has been ineffective most of the season but he is feeling better and has had a sack the past 2 games. Outside of Dumervil though, we have nobody who gets sacks.

I am REEEAAAAALLLLY excited to see what Clady can do against Peppers. Clady hasn't given up a sack all season (our O-line is on pace to allow the 3rd fewest sacks in NFL History) I want to see if Clady has what it takes to go toe to toe with maybe the best DE in the game.

......while their defense is poor against the run, it appears it is better now that they have switched back to a 4-3..enjoy the read...

We were never actually a 3-4 D.

That was like 15 plays in about two games.

i think we will be good in the running game this week but if anyone is expecting anything like last week they are in for a shock....d-will will mostly run for 80-100 we may get another 30-40 yards out of stew...thats enough to win most games but not jaw dropping by any means
