Cams chances at the Pro Bowl...

3 QB's per conference correct?

B/c if that's the case you know Rodgers, Brees, and probably Eli are going.

take into account there is a good chance Brees or Rodgers are in the Superbowl, so one alternate will prob get into. IDK, Cam is 3rd in fan voting for QB's and I could see him getting top 3 in player votes.

eh, people back out all the time.

4th or 5th guys w/ votes have a shot....Cam has a shot at landing on one of those. 11% chance I say he sees the field.

Pro Bowl is about what you do early on or the year prior.....so Cam setting all these records won't factor in much.

Rodgers/Brees/Stafford/Manning/Romo/Ryan/Newton in no particular order, all have a chance at making the Pro Bowl from the NFC.

If a team like the 49ers make it to the SB, then I'd say Newton does not have much of a chance. Rodgers and Brees are essentially locks to make it unless one makes the SB. I think there are so many Cowboys fans, they will vote Romo in unfortunately. So it may come down to Newton or Stafford. I think 30-40% chance is realistic.

Since fan voting is only a third of what the NFL considers when choosing pro bowlers, I think when players and coaches look at the NFC qbs and see that Cam is performing at the same level as other veterans and that he is doing this as a ROOKIE at the QUARTERBACK position, they'll have no choice but to seen him to Hawaii. I know the players we've faced this year should see how good the guy is. He did get a lot of props from the best qb in the league right now after we gave the Packers scare.

With that being said I'd go 85% chance he makes it.

    • No saying he mostly sucks is saying that he doesn’t suck the minority of the time.   Like if he took 17 tests and had a couple of really good showings and a handful of pretty good scores sprinkled in among the typical sub par results.   Like a golfer who went out and shot an 89.  There will be some real nice shots sprinkled in there but at the end of the day it is still 89.
    • It's worth mentioning... Game 1: Oct 11 in Raleigh. 4-3 OT win with a complete starting lineup. Game 2: Dec 13 in Philly. 4-3 SO win without Jaccob Slavin. Game 3: Dec 14 in Raleigh. 3-2 SO win with a complete starting lineup. Game 4: Apr 13 in Philly. 3-2 SO loss with the AHL roster.  Those early season games were no indication of the Canes team that finished the season. Miller and Ehlers were still trying to figure things out, Nikishin was still a work in progress and the Stankoven line was just another line. Make no mistake, the Canes team Philly will see is nothing close to what they saw at any point in the season. If the top line starts producing, Freddie stays hot and the blue line does what it does, this could be a sweep as well.
