Madden NFL 12 Question

So I have an xbox 360 but rarely play it. If I do I only play Madden NFL 08. Would 12 be worth buying? Thanks to anyone that provides helpful advice.

If you've played Madden 10, it uses the same game engine.

I don't really remember Madden 08 - I just remember Maddens 05 through 09 were basically the same game. 10 and 11 were the same. 12 has a few tweaks; some good, some bad. Definitely worth a rental at least.

Find a cheap copy used on ebay/craigslist. Or rent it first. Franchise mode is much improved, but if all you do is play exhibitions I'd stick with what you have and get Madden 13.

I just upgrade every year because $60 once a year for hours upon hours of enjoyment is worth it to me :)
