Fox was never the problem?

Then why are our own players mocking him openly now that he is gone?

Throwing everything aside if your players quit on you and don't respect you as a coach, that says something about your coaching and your mentality. Fox was part of the problem and his time here was up.

Fox changed the entire Broncos team in mid stream this season.

Fox was never the problem in Carolina. Richardson is the biggest problem because he hires people like Hurney. Hurney's selections and moves completely undermined Fox many times. Don't forget the we changed offenses from a conservative Henning style offense to a Weis style Davidson offense. That offense was never a good fit here. Fox has always been a conservative and ball control coach. Delhomme was not a Weis style QB. In many ways Fox was completely screwed by Hurney and Richardson's decisions.

Yeah, The Golden Calf of Bristol was Chris Leaks backup at Florida. How'd that work out, lol?

Chris Leak is bagging groceries at Food Lion and The Golden Calf of Bristol is on a 6 game N-F-L win streak.

Not saying it's bad, its just a pet peeve of mine to give credit where credit is due and when The Golden Calf of Bristol was a draft prospect you had many people claim he won the first one as if he started.

Yeah im splitting hairs but meh.

Like I said, I'm a The Golden Calf of Bristol fan. But come on lol. He has a better team around him, a better run game (aside from QB runs), and a defense that is far superior to the cats. Not to mention the schedule play.

The team is better because it is a well coached and disciplined team, not because they have better players. They have better DBs and LBs (only because Beason/Davis are hurt) and a better K. Other than that Carolina has the better players.

So you are not a Carolina Panther fan then? I mean how can any Panther fan be a fan of Fox? Yeah, he got us to the Superbowl...so what? he was two games over .500 here! I wish him the all the best, but a fan of Fox? :lol:

yes let's just assume there's no age difference on average between the two defenses, and look over the fact that Jordan Senn is starting on our defense

Player for player we are the better team, so it boils down to coaching. Fox is a better coach than Rivera and although The Golden Calf of Bristol is not technically better than Newton, he is a winner, game manager and leader.

      I mean as far as his size goes it's all over his tape bouncing up and down on his toes in and around the pocket trying to see the field and defenses know this as well as we do but if folks here want to live in never never land and pretend it's not a thing that's their prerogative. Even our head coach has made it a key focal point to get his footwork under control. But it's still something Bryce is going to be tested on early and often no matter how many keystrokes anyone here commits to the narrative it isn't an issue.

      It speaks volumes that when asked to define a clear performance threshold the responses instead fixate on Bryce's size. It reinforces what’s been clear for a while now... that for some, it has never been nor will it ever be about production. Any struggles will always be chalked up to his frame, and any strong play will be downplayed or disqualified via highly mobile goalposts.

      It is hard not to feel hopeless. There is some hope buried behind a hopeless wall but the hopeless wall is thick.  Going off of the last two games I don’t see how we win.  Team looked utterly defeated on Thursday, kinda like the Leafs did when the Panthers tied the series 2-2, and we all know how that ended.  I hope for the best. I will at least turn on the game for a little while.
