lmao and what have you been watching? just cause thats your fav rookie and who you said would become a pro bowler you sticking to your guns which is fine, so who really looses the cred? you do because he has not played no better than Fua. he has showed no improvement, hell he cant even locate the football. RR even said it, Fua was improving but McClain needed to step it up because he has not improved.

I feel good about our future at that position.

Fua showing promise? WTF? He has had ample amount of weeks to get the job done and from what I've seen still stinks. Some of you guys act like he just started playing football this season and are handi-capping the crap out of him. McClain isn't great but at least 7 seconds in the play he isn't always getting pushed backwards or sideways to where he can't at least pursue the play. Shirley was just brought in and compared to the other 2, has looked like a pro-bowler along with Neblitt. Granted there are going to be a few more practices between now and next season, but come the heck on how much improvement can you really expect? You really think we need another year to see how awesome Cam will be? One game is all it took and you could tell hey he is going to make it! One season for Fua and he still doesn't look any different than game one. If you are a fan and really want to see them go the distance then you should very well be able to tell Fua just isn't going to cut it.

well Rivera already stated that Fua had improved, but McClain has not. im saying why all the hate for Fua when he was not the only DT getting abused?

It'll be interesting where a DT is taken in the draft to let us know how they really feel about the two rookies. Personally, as of now, DT is a need and I would want us to draft one early.

what type of DT should be interesting. i think this team needs somebody who can be disruptive and stay in the backfield.

I'll abstain from judging Ron's decision process here......Pretty sure he wanted to use Ron Edwards and rotate the rookies in...that didn't work out and now we have a couple more trying out...good results.

Shirley has looked pretty decent,he may be a keeper.
