Alshon and Justin both MVPS today both with the same stats but AJ was ejected in the 3rd if he stayed in god knows what kind of crazy stats he would have had.

It'd probably take more than 1 more pick to land both. We could likely get Kirkpatrick with our pick (not that I'd want to, from what I've seen so far) but to get Blackmon from scratch (not using our 1st this year to move up) it'd probably take our next two 1sts to get a high 1st this year. No thanks. To move up to take Claiborne and trade enough to get Blackmon too, the cost of that is unimaginable.

Edge Blackmon has over Jeffery is better route running and slightly better speed and hands.

Jeffery has some hops though... wouldn't be surprised if we have a look at him, especially if we trade down and end up with 2 picks in the 1st round.

Evidently so that he could hand the ball off and rely on a RS freshman kicker in a BCS bowl in the last game of his college career.

Everything we hear about this guy having full audible control over that offense and he's still gonna hand it off with Oklahoma State selling out against the run in crunch time? Oklahoma State had done their homework. They knew at the end of the day that Stanford was a run first offense. They knew they were gonna pound the rock in those situations. Luck didn't have the balls to check out of the run calls.

On the flip side, Justin Blackmon... he dat deal. Weeden has a chance to be a decent NFL QB too if he can land in the right system. If you protect this guy, he can make all the throws, but he doesn't like pressure.
