What Would It Take For Carolina to Trade Out of the 1st Round?

If any of the more highly touted names/playmakers in Floyd, Blackmon, Alshon, Landry Jones, etc are still available towards our pick, a trade down would be one decent move of many options at our disposal to make imo for what we could get. Also, we've had success picking late in round 1 with Beason & Gamble

Extra picks in a deep CB/OLB class that's really heavy in the late 1st/early second round. I'm not so sure about completely moving out of the first, but maybe back into the 20's while picking up a 2nd and 3rd this year and a 1st and 4th next year would be a good move.

Then the team can take a CB, OLB, and S with it's first 3 picks and pick up a KR/PR in the 3rd round.

because they want to get the best RB possible to help out the one real weak spot they have on that team?

why would the falcons...a team usually much better managed than the benagals, mind you...trade so much for julio jones?

teams desperate to make the playoffs now and that see themselves as being one piece shy of having the team they think can do it will sacrifice a lot.

logic for doing what? trading out of the first round?

i don't know if we need to get out of the first round altogether, but this isn't necessarily a top heavy class. i don't think there's really a whole lot of separation between mid first rounders and mid second rounders in talent.

we could drop back, pick up a couple extra picks this year and next and be better off than if we did nothing.

that's the logic.
