They both wanted it enough, but in the end, two things won the game. The turnovers allowed the Forty niners to score more points than they normally would, and the forty niners had the ball last.

Anyone else think that when it was 24-23 Saints and Alex Smith picked up the first down by running, he should've gone down. I was yelling at the TV for him to slide or dive after he got the first down...they could've essentially ran the clock down and kicked the field goal to win it...but it worked out in the end
