Rediscovered any old movies lately?

I always watch any of the "Thin Man" movies. (B & W) staring William Powell as the "Thin Man". Whenever TCM has them on, I never mss them.

I have always wanted someone to re-make the movies with Debra Messing in the Role of Myrna Loy (the wife.) Maybe Hugh Jackman in the role of William Powell.

I love the old B & W movies. Before everything was CG or green screen.

Although color, I'd like to see "The Deep" again. I love underwater adventure movies. (And Jackie Bissett in a wet t-shirt is an added bonus!):drool5:

Wow, that takes me back. I remember watching that on HBO for the first time when I was about 10 or 11. I thought it was pretty crazy when I saw it, but not sure how it'd look today.

It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (1963).

One of the first, if not the first, huge ensemble cast comedies. I remember watching this as a kid with my dad with both of us laughing. Was lucky enough to see it the other day on satellite and watched it with my 9 year old son. Buddy Hackett and Dick Shawn crack me up every time.

that was remade pretty recently, it's called "Rat Race" worth watching still one of my favorite comedies to come out in a while.

Rat Race was ok. I do like the scene with Seth Green and his brother at the airport radar with Grieg's "In the Hall of the Mountain King" from Peer Gynt playing in the background. The brother's scream was awesome.

Busted out 'The Goonies' for my son the other day.. He & I sat on the couch and watched the whole movie, that is the 1st time that has happened. It was quite awesome...

My wife had never seen 'The Usual Suspects', so I went and got that 2 weeks ago.. She knows now...
