This guy will never be a puddy cat. You guy's have all the attitude you need in Steve Smith. The front office wont do this deal. It's not their type of player.

Boldin gets a bad rap. All he wants is to be paid for what he brings to the table, and not be on the sidelines in critical situations. He's one helluva receiver and about as tough as they come.

I don't think that anyone is really concerned that he is going anywhere in the short term. His hip issue is a concern though, as is his ability to play a full season which he has only done twice.

But, really, with a guy of his talent, I don't think that's going to stop him from getting a contract, even if it's only two to three years. I don't think that he'll be a Panther though. but the fleeting thought(s) of him on the other side of Steve Smith makes me smile.
