You are correct, it's not slander, it more representative of libel since it's being published in a format like this. I'm sorry, you are making an allegation and entering proof based on hospital records that are protected by HIPPA. A case number on the other hand, that would support your assertions would probably go a long way in supporting your claim as that is something folks can research.
