Any athletic Tight Ends in the draft?

I was wondering if there was going to be any Tight ends that were former basket ball players. The reason why I ask was because we could possibly draft a TE and with the emergence of Jimmy Graham, Gates, Gonzo aka Tight Ends who used to be basketball players. I want to know if there are any of those kind of athletic guys in the draft.

If there are none of those kinda guys what about Athletic Tight ends in general? any tight ends look like they could be the next big target for Newton?

I like the Egnew kid from Missouri. I don't know if he's a former basketball player though. If they let Shockey walk, then we definitely need to draft one.

this is pretty well known to be a bad TE class in the draft this year. very weak. better off waiting for another year if we are intent on drafting one.

too many needs in other areas anyway. resign shockey, barnidge will have another year to prove himself and we still have olsen. worry about this in a year or two

Rhett Ellison from USC. Played FB and RB for them but his size makes him a great fit at TE. I think he ran a 4.5 forty at the combine

I have a lot of faith in Barnidge, I think this is the right staff for him to have a breakout season that is if he can stay healthy.
