Marty Hurney Apparently Lied About Fletcher Cox

Just because you were stupid about Fletcher's ability as a player and I was right. Doesn't mean you should be all butt hurt about it.

Just take the loss man nobody is right all of the time. I didn't like the Ryan Kali pick. I was wrong by a mile. I defended Jarret year after year I was wrong. If you don't like my post don't read them.

I've actually put more time into watching his play than any other player. He is a project run stopper, he will not be able to stop the run when he enters the NFL. Can the skills be coached to him? I don't know because I am not on the Panthers staff and I do not know him personally. I do not have a problem admitting that I was wrong about a player but how can you be right about him after his zero NFL snaps?

suh only weighs a few pounds over 300.

honestly I'd rather have a DT who gets solid penetration than one of the massive run plugging DTs. even on running plays, they never really blow the play up, most runners just sorta go around them.

The number 4 has no place in this conversation, unless we're addressing your recent testing scores. You also incorrectly spelled "knowledge," an irony in itself, and you don't capitalize the word pyscho. I may not have as many posts as you (I suppose it's about time to reveal I have twice as many, btw,) but I assure you, I do my best to make sure each one is primed with good grammar and correct spelling, in addition to being rooted in the most factual source available. So, no, I may not have as many posts as you (even though I have more) but at least mine are good.

That's what I'm doing "coming at you, son."

Good That what I'm talking about son. Now if you put more of this into football discussion Instead of checking my spelling (which I Thank you for by the way) we would be fine.

Funny part is this whole thing between me and you started about a post that had nothing to do with you at all.

I actually got pie for that post that you had such a problem with.

He is projected as the best DT on NFL.com and the 6th Best prospect on Espn now. There is no way teams think of him this highly if he isn't able to stop the run.

I just violated my only rule and gave CRA pie. So it better enjoy, because I don't anticipate it happening again.

You mean you violated your rule of going into every post and ignoring the content and context of what I think.....bc you are determined to disagree with anything posted by the handle CRA?

Major stands by CRA over the last few years.

- bench Jake for Moore

- Clausen was a terrible pick

- Clausen sucks

- Draft Cam

- Don't sign Williams to big money

- Godfrey sucks

- Don't pay 2 RBs big money

- Don't draft Poe

- Kuechly could be BPA on D at 9

- Peppers isn't the anti Christ.

- Smitty is kinda a jerk often despite being a badass

You act as if I take outlandish stances.

Outside of me wanting Jarrett to get more of a chance early in his career.....most have been pretty reasonable. Doesn't make me right or others wrong on them....

Does not mean anything to me, case in point check out Travis Johnson the inside pass rushing defensive tackle drafted by the Texans in 2005.

Travis Johnson was a 3 year underachiever at FSU before he blew up in his senior year. Cox has been a starter form day 1 at Miss State and had solid production for his 3 years. They are 2 different players.

    • I mean I think its a bit disingenuous to call basically anyone here a casual fan. I don't think the casual fan creates a profile then logs into it, in the offseason, to comments on mundane offseason topics.. I dont think anyone on here would be considered a casual fan. That said, I get your point. My POV is from the player. They sign this contract, move their family because of these contracts. When Clowney came him, we basically had a coming home party for him.  So yeah, I get why we did it and I know that ultimately the owner doesnt 'save' money, but I can feel for the human side of the player, which is why I want them to get all they can while they can.
    • My guess is the NBA will either send Flagg back “home” to the Northeast in Brooklyn or Washington, or San Antonio so that they can keep building around Wemby. If I was a betting man I would take the odds on the Spurs. This definitely feels like a #1 pick that they will rig.
    • In fairness, she is ensuring she is talked about.  People really aren’t going out there way to bring her up.  It’s some weird poo.  She would end up getting talked about given her actions if she was 40. Bill realizing some of these high end “companions” got a game of their own.  That’s what I don’t think Bill saw coming.
