We don't work at jobs with a cash register. Our computers have internet, not pictures of the items we sell.

Most telemarketing company have access to all the "morons" that work for them internet usage. Sooner later they have to notice that you're piece a crap stealing a check.

^ That's rough. I have to admit I've gotten quite a few laughs out of this thread.

Sorry but I didn't like Turd 2 years ago (when he was posing as a Panther fan) and I still don't like him now. I have to admit thoe he does a good job of pissing people off. So I guess he gets what he wants.

Sure it does. If Miami thought that Moore had a good year and was legitimate they would not be looking for someone else. Still I don't agree that Moore was better and I suspect that if you asked 100 Miami fans they would admit the same thing. Moore had some good games and had a better TD/INT ratio passing the ball but was not a better quarterback. When you look at Newton's 35 combined TDs versus 17 INTs compared to Moore's 18 TDs versus 9 Ints, Newton was clearly better. Then compare Newtons 2 lost fumbles versus Moore's 6 lost fumbles and you end up with 18 TDs and 15 INT/fumbles for Moore versus 35 TDs and 19 INTs/Fumbles for Newton. Still I hesitate to start this up again or another thread will be derailed. But you can assume that your opinion is the minority opinion even if this were a Dolphins board.

      It appears that he sees things differently than the QB and OC, so Cam's advice is spot on. It isn't about number of targets, it's about quality of targets. Trust and being on the same page. BY doesn't know how to anticipate what XL is doing. And XL doesn't like where BY is placing passes. One on one film study would go a long way. More for BY than XL though. He has to adjust to XL. I really don't think XL can adjust on the fly.

      If the team shows improvement, then he shouldn't be in danger of losing his job - even if the record doesn't reflect. This was a very young team (with a lot of new vet starters) that overperformed last season. Somebody's doing something right. Consistency is key with so much youth. And we're potentially looking at new starters at ILB and FS. Those are positions that take time to fully understand the defense. ILB calls the front 7. Safety calls the back 4. Injuries at WR and IOL killed the offense last season. Depth needs to be upgraded. Same with Edge. I think they would have won more games if Pat Jones doesn't go down early. Be smart with the roster and draft. Trade players for assets when it's time to pay them more than they're worth - yes, that includes BY if he doesn't make a pretty big jump. That's one of the many reasons Tillis is as important as anyone to the future of this team.
