Ever meet a celebrity?

I did, a couple actually.

Kevin Spacey and Sandra Bullock.

My favorite was definitely Sandra Bullock. She gave me a tip too $50 bucks. She was so nice, and I loved to talk. Apparently she lived in NC for a while. She was very down to earth. This was around 2002 or so. So yeah it was ten years ago. Oh my. I feel old.

Spacey was cool too but not as talkative as Sandra. Of course I was on the job so I couldn't be talking to him. LOL.

I was a banquet server at a very pricey hotel in NC at the time.

Everybody in Iron Man 3 will be where I work. Scarlett Johansen is in IM3.

Between golf tournaments and the studio, I've met at least 100. Major and minor.

You must live in wilmington? isn't that where they are filming? Dude if you meet Scar Jo, I'd totally envy you. She's such a doll. I've seen some of her interviews, I know that's not the most grounded way to depict a person. But she seemed very cool.

I'd like to meet Robert Downey Jr too, he strikes me as the kind of guy I'd have a beer with, or shots.

I've met a lot because my Dad is in the music industry.

I saw Christina Aguilara when she was 17 and first started her career.

I've seen Will Smith a couple times. Once at the Grammys and once around town, he lives in the city next to me. I use to be friends with this chick that banged his son.

Travis Barker from Blink 182.

David Foster, Brodie Jenner, Brandon Jenner, Bruce Jenner, the Kardashian girls when they were younger. My dad worked for David Foster and my mom would watch all those kids when they were young.

A lot of random musicians that I'm not sure anyone knows that aren't worth posting.

I made Jack Del Rio's drink when I worked at Starbucks.

I was going to the 08 playoff game against the Cardinals. I had been tailgating (across the street from the huddle tailgate, just below picassos) since about noon that day. Heavy drinking ofcourse and probably took it a little too far. I had been there with a few of my best friends.

Apparantly my friends and I got separated in the crowd and my friend who was beside me was handing out the tickets and said "where's Jamar" and I was thinking he was right behind me so I said "where is that n e g r o". I was rather intoxicated still and just turned around expecting to see him laughing.

When I turned around I saw a group of people with their mouths wide open having heard clearly what I said. My eyes dropped down and low and behold it was Mugsy Bogues and his family staring at me like I just whipped my dick out. I'm sure he thought my friend said "look its Mugsy" or something and that my response was "Where's that n e g r o": I was probably embarassed but I only remember that part because of my friends.

Glad I don't remember much of that game either.

    • I thought i heard something on the broadcast about a back injury. I did not catch the full comment but it was about DJ. I was thinking that they were sure running him a lot if he had a back injury.
    • As I said yesterday, Bryce has a monumental opportunity on Sunday, beat a bad NFL team on the road.  Start a trend of winning on the road and take another step forward.  Lose on Sunday and we may be back to square 1.     I think we kill them personally, our defense is playing way too well for Fields to overcome
    • I know you are talking about my post. You are playing your typical game. Twisting it into something and then attacking over it. The straw man.  There was no statement made that it was Bryce’s fault. None.  We are three years into the hole created by dropping 3 years of top assets into a ill advised course of action that he is the centerpiece of.  After an interim coach went 6-6 and we had a QB that has played far better than Young and probably will continue to do so.  We spent those assets on a guy that has produced two excellent games in his career to date . Every other game he had success in was a good quarter or half or even a single drive at the end.   It is Tepper’s fault for picking him and for generally ruining the franchise.
