Man dies cheating on his wife in a devil's 3-way, widow sues doctor and wins $3 million

Their lawsuit claimed Lawrenceville Doctor Sreenivasulu Gangasani and the Cardiovascular Group were to blame, not what Martinez was doing when it happened.

Both sides agree the young cop and a male friend were having three-way sex with a woman at a motel on Virginia Avenue near the Atlanta airport on March 12, 2009.

The woman was not his wife.

Around 3 a.m. he fell off the bed and became unresponsive.

When EMT's couldn't revive him, they took him to nearby South Fulton Medical Center where he was pronounced dead less than an hour later.

The cause of death was determined to be "Atheroschlerotic coronary artery disease."

In their lawsuit, lawyers for Martinez' widow claim Dr. Gangasani did not properly diagnose and treat Martinez for high blood pressure, chest pains, shortness of breath and irregular heartbeat.

They also claim he did not warn Martinez to avoid strenuous physical activity until more tests could be done.

From the uncontrollable, completely unnecessary slideshow to the beginning quote from an attorney that had to include her nickname "CK" in a suit about a Menage a Trois resulting in the death of a man from an unpronounceable artery disease; It is safe to say I won't be reading anything more bizarre today.

Then again it is the Huddle ;)

    • Well, they're both in the same league (if you will). During preseason, Fitz went 3/3 & Sauls went 5/6, but of course Sauls was 4/4 last night (including one 50+). Both were Lou Groza Award finalists. I believe Fitz made two 55+ yarders last season, while Sauls led the nation with three. Fitz was 13/13 (💯) while Sauls was 21/24 (87.5). Fitz was a 3rd-Team AP All-American, while Sauls was a PFF All-American.  Career-wise, Fitz was 58/74 (78.4), while Sauls was 52/64 (81.3). I wish that I could see the attempts and knew the depth of yardage. I wish that we could compare practice kicks during their training camps, but we can't. Maybe someone with a PFF/CFF account can give that Basically it's just a matter of belief I guess. Seeing dude knock down four FGs and go perfect during a pressure-filled game for him is damned impressive if you ask me. I don't believe that Fitzgerald could do that.  That being said, I'd have to know more. I will say that it may be worth mentioning that we seem to like PFF this year and Sauls being a PFF All-American may be notable. Now that being said, the Panthers may not be even considering Sauls.
    • Ive said it 1000x times on here.  Our 2025 season will be dictated by the first 4 games.  poo the bed there and lose all confidence and momentum, we win 5 games maybe.  Go 2-2, 3-1 we got a look at 7/8 wins
    • I basically made almost the exact predictions on a phone call with a buddy about 3 weeks ago. I really do expect Evero gone before the seasons end, Young to just not able to get over the hump enough and DC to head into next season on a VERY hot seat.
