I don't want Cam playing on that team, don't want him getting hurt for something I care nothing about. We will win the Gold every time anyways, all the best go to the NFL.

He's not going to get hurt playing on an imaginary team.

It will never be an Olympic sport because we're the only country that takes the game seriously, we could literally put an age limit of 20 and roll our there with a team full of college freshman and sophomores and smash any other country by 50+ points

No nfl team would allow their players to play in it anyways because of the risk factor in playing football, and for that matter I dont think any nfl player would risk getting hurt to win a gold medal that means nothing because there isn't any competition

    • I mean, I think you're being a little hyperbolic with the last statement, but point taken.
    • Pass rush was the biggest issue in tonight’s game, and we were tied for 28th in sacks this season. That is a major area of need that has to get addressed this offseason. I just don’t see a path where there’s a game changing QB you can bring in with where we are drafting and quality of veterans that will be available. We certainly can do better than Dalton as a backup, and should ideally have a developmental guy  (perhaps a day 3 pick this year). We have bryce for one more year on a reasonable contract and then I think 2027 is the year that you reset that position (unless he massively improves).
    • Agreed, honestly basically bringing this group back as a healthy unit would be alright.  Brady Christensen should be resigned to a very reasonable deal with him recovering from the Achilles.  Atleast we're alright at 4 of our 5 spots with Lewis, Mays, Hunt, and Moton, Nijman was decent.  While if we can snag a deal on someone, take a stab, however our resources need to go to Linebacker, Pass Rush and a real option outside Tmac (coker is amazing, but if we can get someone who isnt braindead opposite Tmac, we can fully unleash Coker AND Tmacs full potential, cant move him into the slot if racoon boy is out there licking doorknobs).
