Someone on another forum I go to got it and was taking requests for player projections. Asked him about Cam, Double Trouble, Tolbert, Smitty, and Olsen.

Newton: 301/496, 64.3%, 3627 yds, 24 tds, 14 ints, 7.0 ny/p, 29.6% dvoa

rushing: 126 runs, 608 yds, 10 tds, 39.6% (for reference last year he was 14.5% dvoa)

Smith: 81/137, 59%, 1222 yds, 15.1 y/c, 7 tds, 11.9% dvoa

Stewart: 141 runs, 733 yds, 5.2 y/r, 4 tds, 16.2% dvoa

Tolbert: 66 runs, 305 yds, 4.6 y/r, 3 tds, 13.2% dvoa

Williams: 153 runs, 764 yds, 5.0 y/r, 5 tds, 15.4% dvoa

Olsen: 49/82, 524 yds, 60%, 10.7 y/c, 5 tds, -2.6% dvoa

That's 486 carries for 2,410 yards, and 22 TDs... a little worse than last season. Though that's still good for a top three run game, obviously.

Don't remember seeing this anywhere so I thought I'd share. Bitch away!

I care. It creates balance, grinds down opposing defenses, shortens the game by keeping the opposing O off the field and helps keep our D fresh.

Which made a damn good formula for winning in 1993

The league's evolved to the point where ball control is insignificant, because while you're going 80 yards in 16 plays, taking off 8 minutes so you can score a 21 yard field goal, there are QBs like Drew Brees and Tom Brady who can engineer touchdown drives in less than 1/4 of the time you took, and there is barely any defense built well enough to shut them down.

So when in your opinion does this become a 7 on 7 flag football league?

The Saints* were 6th in the league in rushing last year.

      I don't think it's a homer though when I really feel this team can beat anyone.  The points that can be scored in bunches when the big three are on has high potential.  Moose has effort for days and IMO is the heart of the team.  And didn't see Miles becoming the team "vet" in the starting lineup just roleplaying lol.   We have to limit the turnovers though (Brandon Miller I'm looking at you bud, you are a bad ball handler) and some little things.   Colby off the bench is a cheat code and him and Kaulk have a nice little game going with the picks.    Sion playing every game and just getting better each game.  He has grit.  Grant and Green also grit.  We need replace Tillman with PJ Hall though.  Tillman looks like someone that shouldn't be on an NBA court, or at least with this team, he's just too slow for this tempo.   Even McNeely looked decent tonight and can drive.   If Kaulk and Moose could even be like 30% 3pt shooters man....
