A former Texas high school English teacher and mother of three is on trial, accused of having sex with five male students. The evidence against Brittni Colleps, 28, includes cell phone video that allegedly shows group sex between her and four students at her home. Prosecutors say it happened while her children and husband, who is an Army specialist stationed out-of-state, were away. The graphic video was shown to the jury this week.

Here's the kicker, ALL FIVE are 18 years of age. So, should she face 20 years in jail?? I think not. Fired of course but jail hell no.

Fired of course, but why would she go to jail if they were all 18... unless she forced or raped them in some way.

I think it was just her fantasy come true. Haha four football players at one time. I don't even believe they were drinking. The article never says. I still don't see any laws she broke.

I mean it's certainly unethical to have sex with your students, whether they are of legal age or not... if the school system has a policy against it, which I'm sure it does, she should obviously be fired, but I was not aware that it was an actual LAW that you can't sleep with 'of age' students... Surely college professors do this regularly.

It is definitely illegal to sleep with a student of age because you are considered to have a position of influence over them.

I don't think that exists at the college level, but I'm sure most schools have policies against it.

I had a HS teacher that slept with an 18 year old student. He was arrested for it, but I don't know if he actually did any time.

Yea I was really expecting to see the video haha.

The teacher isn't really that good looking whatsoever though. The kid that they interviewed sounded black so I'm gonna assume this is just another crazy white women that wanted to get plowed by 4 black guys.

      I'd hold on to Walker - we have no OT depth at all. Freeling is a block of clay - all the tools are there and he appears to have a great attitude. He needs serious work on his technique to realise his potential though.

      From my watch last night: They weren't trading out of 19 unless it was a daft offer once Freeling got there. They were clearly antsy to get Hunter - and Minnesota actually called to offer the trade down. They weren't trading out of the third round pick once Brazzell fell to it (and Canales would have been happy with him in the second round). They traded back a lot on Day 3 - even if Morgan 'Babe Ruth'd' it with Lee, Hecht and Wheatley; they clearly weren't the only guys they would have taken at those picks. I'm curious to know which player caused the reaction at the start of day 2 (Dan Morgan): "of course they'd pick him"

      Watching this confirms that this staff and front office is super high on Monroe Freeling. I wouldn't be surprised if he's gotta a real chance to win the starting LT job in camp. If he does, we can look to flip Rasheed Walker to a contender desperate for tackle help.   As for Ickey I still really like him and wanna extend him but based on how the staff was talking about Freeling it might be time for ickey to start taking some practice sets at guard if he wants to stay here as we are gonna have to have figure out a solution for the contracts of Lewis and Hunt.  My preferred scenario for the Oline in 2027 is Freeling-Ickey-Hech-Lewis-Moton.
